When you buy a theme from Themex Studio, there are some important rules to keep in mind:

1. Theme Ownership

We own all the rights to our themes. This means you can't share, copy, or sell them as your own. You also can't change them and sell them.

2. Single Theme License

If you buy a theme, you can use it for one website only. You can't use it on multiple Ghost websites unless you buy another license or Themes Bundle. You can try it out in a test environment first.

3. Themes Bundle License

With the Themes Bundle, you can use our themes on as many Ghost websites as you want. There are different licenses for individuals and freelancers/agencies.

4. Extended License

If you want to use our theme on a different platform, like WordPress, you need an Extended License. It's only for one website on one domain. If you want to use it for many users on your platform, you can, but you have to make it work with your platform, and we won't help with that.

5. Theme Updates

When we improve or fix our themes, you get updates. We'll tell you what changed so you can update your theme.

6. Theme Support

All themes come with six months of support included. You can extend it to twelve months for a small fee. Support helps with theme questions, setting up features, and fixing bugs. But it doesn't include custom changes or fixing server issues.

7. Support Renewal

If you want to keep getting support after six or twelve months, you can renew it for a fee.

8. Hiring a Developer

We provide theme customization service and assistance with any Ghost setup challenges. This is a paid service for your websites. Just reach out to us after purchasing your theme.

9. Refunds

If you are dissatisfied with the quality of the product you have purchased, please contact us and provide details about the reason for the refund.

Upon receipt of your refund request, we will review it and notify you of our decision.

Please note that, typically, refunds cannot be granted for digital products. However, we take responsibility for the quality of our products and may provide a refund if you are unsatisfied with your purchase.

10. Warranties

We make sure our themes meet industry standards and work on most browsers. If a browser can't do something, we'll try to find a good alternative.
